    Al-Qurain Martyrs' House Museum

    QurainKuwait1991

The Al-Qurain Martyrs' House Museum in Qurain stands as one of Kuwait’s most emotionally charged national historical memorials. On February 24, 1991, nineteen young Kuwaiti resistance fighters belonging to the Al-Messilah group made a heroic ten-hour stand inside this suburban home against heavily armed Iraqi occupation forces. Preserved exactly as it was after the battle, the shell-shocked building is known for intense somber energy, phantom gunfire sounds, and tragic apparitions.

    The Red Palace (Qasr Al-Ahmar)

    Al JahraKuwait1896

The Red Palace, known locally as Qasr Al-Ahmar, is one of Kuwait’s most celebrated national historical landmarks and a prominent site of ghostly folklore. Constructed in 1896 under Sheikh Mubarak Al-Sabah, the fortified mud-brick complex was the epicentre of the fierce Battle of Jahra in October 1920. Today, behind its imposing red clay walls, visitors and caretakers report haunting phantom footsteps, disembodied Arabic whispers, and shadowy military apparitions patrolling the courtyards.
