Uttara Sector 3 Haunted House
The abandoned residential property on Road 13 in Sector 3 of Uttara, Dhaka, is widely considered one of the most famous urban haunted houses in Bangladesh. Built in the late 1980s as a multi-story private family home, the building was abandoned after a series of unnatural deaths, bankruptcies, and severe paranormal disturbances suffered by successive families who tried to reside there. Local residents describe unexplainable black shadows pacing the empty balconies, horrifying screams emanating from sealed rooms, and dark spiritual activity that drove tenants away within days.
