Kankaria Lake
Kankaria Lake, constructed in 1451 by Sultan Qutb-ud-Din Ahmad Shah II, is a massive 34-sided polygonal reservoir covering 76 acres in the Maninagar area of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. At the precise geometric center of the lake lies Nagina Wadi, a enchanted island garden housing the historic Ghattamandal summer palace.
