U.S. Naval Hospital Guam, situated on a hilltop in Hagåtña Heights, has provided medical care to American military personnel, dependents, and veterans across the Western Pacific since the Spanish-American War era. Rebuilt in its current location in 1954, the hospital complex has treated tens of thousands of wounded combat casualties from World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. Long regarded by healthcare staff, corpsmen, and patients as one of the most paranormal places on Guam, the hospital is famous for phantom nurses wandering empty hallways, unexplainable elevator drops, and spectral patient apparitions in former maternity and ICU wings.
