Lier Hospital
Lier Hospital (Lier Sykehus) was a notorious state psychiatric asylum established in 1926 near Drammen, Norway, infamous for lobotomies, insulin shock therapy, and experimental drug testing. Following its abrupt partial abandonment in 1985, the decaying brick asylum structures earned an international reputation as one of Norway’s most historically significant and terrifying haunted locations.
