Ndaba Waterfall
Ndaba Waterfall and the dramatic Rock of Ndaba (Urutare rwa Ndaba), situated in Karongi District in western Rwanda, form one of the country's most iconic natural landmarks. Featuring a spectacular 100-meter sheer rock face cascading into a deep river gorge, the site is steeped in a famous ancient legend of greed, betrayal, and tragedy involving a hunter named Ndaba. Beyond its cultural folklore, local villagers recount stories of phantom voices and ghostly figures echoing through the mist of the waterfall.
