    Borella Kanatte Cemetery

    Borella Kanatte Cemetery is the primary multi-denominational burial ground in Colombo, spanning nearly 48 acres in the heart of the capital.     Galle Face Burial Site (Taj Samudra Grounds)

    Wolvendaal Church

    Wolvendaal Church (Wolvendaalse Kerk) is one of the oldest and most historically significant Dutch colonial-era Protestant churches in Asia. Located on a hill in Pettah overlooking Colombo Harbor, construction began in 1749 under Dutch Governor Julius Stein van Gollenesse. Built over crypts housing five Dutch governors and carved tomb slabs, the church is legendary for phantom pipe organ music, footsteps echoing across stone grave floor tiles, and floating orb lights.
