Bahuti Waterfall
Bahuti Waterfall, cascading down a staggering height of 145 meters (476 feet), is the highest waterfall in Madhya Pradesh. Located in the newly formed Mauganj district near Rewa, this dramatic gorge where the Sellar (Odda) River plunges into the valley is renowned for both its breathless natural beauty and a dark reputation. The sheer cliffs, treacherous currents, and history of fatal slip-and-fall accidents have spawned ominous tales of water spirits, disembodied cries, and paranormal phenomena echoing through the mist.
