Sina Hotel (Ghost Hotel)
Sina Hotel, popularly known throughout Goa as the 'Ghost Hotel' or 'Devil's Hotel', is a massive, unfinished five-star luxury resort complex decaying amidst dense coastal jungle at the southernmost tip of Agonda Beach in South Goa. Envisioned in the early 1990s by a group of Russian investors as a lavish beach resort, the multi-million dollar construction project ground to a sudden halt following severe legal disputes, financial ruin, and the reported murder of one of its primary owners. Decades after construction was abandoned, the colossal concrete shell has been swallowed by tropical vegetation, giving rise to persistent local legends of phantom footsteps, disembodied weeping, flickering lights in unlit rooms, and a ghostly female apparition roaming its vacant hallways.
