King George Hospital (KGH)
King George Hospital (KGH) in Visakhapatnam is one of the oldest and largest government teaching hospitals in Andhra Pradesh. Founded as a civil dispensary in 1845 and expanded into a grand colonial medical institution in 1923, its century-old heritage wards and vintage clock tower building are shrouded in dark tales of ghostly nurses, phantom gurneys, and restless spirits of patients from wartime epidemics and colonial-era medical trials.
