Casa Rocca Piccola
Casa Rocca Piccola is an aristocratic 16th-century palace located on Republic Street in Valletta. Built in 1580 for Don Pietro La Rocca, a Knight of Saint John, the palace has been the ancestral home of the noble Maltese de Piro family for generations. Containing over 50 magnificent rooms, rare antique collections, and subterranean World War II bomb shelters, the living palace is famed for its authentic aristocratic atmosphere and gentle phantom sightings reported by visitors and family members.
