Sevalpatti Zamin Palace is an ancestral zamindari estate located in the Virudhunagar district of Tamil Nadu. Built during the 19th-century British colonial era by local polygars and feudal zamindars, the palace once served as a grand regional seat of power and administrative court. Today, forgotten and crumbling into decay, the desolate palace carries an eerie reputation among villagers who speak of lingering spirits of former royal occupants, tragic family rivalries, unexplainable nighttime whispers, and phantom lamps floating through its roofless hall.
